Masuwe Secondary School – Build & Develop a New School

R165,986 of R487,000 raised

< Back to Priority Projects

Currently there is no secondary school in the vicinity. This means that when learners complete their primary education, very few have the means to proceed to secondary schools in other villages as transport and accommodation are a major problem. Most learners, therefore, drop out of school, or repeat grade 7. It is for this reason that MCF plans to build a secondary school that will serve the education needs of the children from Woodlands and the neighbouring community. This will give them hope and the chance of a better future.

We have secured donations to upgrade the ablution facilities (to commence in July 2021) and need assistance to raise the funds to build teachers’ accommodation. Head over to our ‘Priority Projects’ if you are able to assist. Only once these projects are complete, will we have the foundations needed to request permission to build and develop a secondary school.
