4. An average rhino horn weighs between 1.5 and 3 kilograms.
WHY WE NEED TO DEHORN
- As more reserves in the region embark on dehorning their black rhino populations, syndicates are closing in on those properties where black rhinos still have their horn. They are close and they are coming in fast!
