Itekeng Basha Crèche – Obakeng Village

More Community Foundation first engaged with Itekeng Basha Crèche in 2017 when we first moved to the Madikwe region. The school has 2 teachers and 1 cook, and enrols between 30 and 35 students annually. The school is currently governed by the Department of Social Development but will also move over to the Department of Education throughout the year.

NEEDS: Repairs to the classroom roofs, the installation of a jungle gym, the provision of shading between the classrooms, indoor and outdoor painting, and training for teachers
